Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.

Cancellation requests received after 24 hours may not be accepted, especially if the order has already been processed or shipped.

For prepaid orders, if the order is successfully cancelled within the applicable cancellation period, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Please note that a 2% payment gateway charge will be deducted from the total paid amount in case of a refund due to order cancellation.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
