Shipping Within India

  • We offer free shipping across India on both COD and prepaid orders.

  • Once your order is placed, it will generally be dispatched within 1–2 business days.

  • After dispatch, the order usually takes around 4–5 business days to reach you.

  • Overall, the estimated delivery timeline is approximately 10–15 working days, depending on the delivery location.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive the tracking details via the contact information provided at the time of placing the order.

  • Please note that delivery and dispatch timelines may be affected by unforeseen circumstances, holidays, weather conditions, or other situations beyond our control.

International Shipping

The prices displayed on our website are inclusive of shipping charges.

  1. No Cancellation, Return or Exchange: International orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged once the order has been placed.

  2. Wrong or Defective Product: In case you receive an incorrect or defective product, please inform us within 2 days of receiving the order. The product must be shipped back to us within the specified timeframe, and the courier receipt should be emailed to our support team.

  3. Return Shipping Charges: The shipping charges for sending the product back to us will be borne by the customer. In case of a refund, 5% of the PayPal transaction amount will be deducted from the refundable amount.

  4. Quality Check: Once the returned product reaches us, our team will conduct a quality inspection. Please ensure that the product is returned in its original packaging and in unused condition.

  5. Refund: If the return is approved after inspection, the refund will be applicable only towards the product value. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  6. No International Exchange: We currently do not offer an exchange facility for international orders.

  7. Order Cancellation: Once an international order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled.

  8. International Dispatch: International orders generally take around 15–20 working days to dispatch after the order is placed.

  9. Customized Orders: If customization is requested, an additional 4–5 working days may be required for dispatch.

  10. Estimated Delivery: The estimated delivery time for international orders is approximately 20–25 working days. Tracking details will be shared once the order has been shipped.

  11. Customs & Import Duties: Delivery timelines may vary due to customs clearance or other unforeseen circumstances. The prices displayed on our website include shipping charges; however, any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country will be borne by the customer.

  12. Non-Payment of Customs Duty: If applicable import/customs duties are not paid by the customer, the shipment may be destroyed, abandoned, or returned by the customs authorities. In such cases, no refund will be provided for the order.

  13. Incorrect Shipping Information: If an incorrect shipping address or any other incorrect information is provided by the customer, any additional charges incurred for changing or correcting the delivery details will be borne by the customer.

  14. Customs Duty Payment: If customs or import duties are applicable, the customer is required to pay them within 2 days of the shipment reaching the destination country/location.
